For legions of Batman fans, no version of Gotham City is quite as iconic as its depiction in Batman: The Animated Series.
Taking its inspiration from Tim Burton’s 1989 live-action movie, the look of the TAS version of Gotham was dubbed “Dark Deco” by producers who wanted to bring a classically gothic overtone to Bruce Wayne’s hometown.
This sprawling 4,210-piece recreation of Gotham City costs £259.99 (RRP) at the LEGO Store.

Holy nostalgia, Batman! The newest LEGO Batman release takes us back to the swinging ’60s, where the villains were more colourful and Batman was never afraid to bust a move.
This iconic version of the Batmobile set the standard for live-action versions of the car for decades, right down to its goofy Bat-computer in the car boot.
It’s available at the LEGO Store now for the RRP of £129.99.

Batmobile Tumbler Building Set (LEGO 76240)
Christopher Nolan completely upended expectations for the Batmobile in his Dark Knight trilogy, swearing off the sleek look in previous depictions in favour of something more akin to an armoured tank.
The LEGO version of Nolan’s Batmobile Tumbler painstakingly recreates the features of Batman’s speedster, right down to the nozzles under the bonnet.
LEGO has retired this product, which means no more new sets will be produced. But it’s currently still available to buy from Amazon for £274.60.

Batman: The Animated Series‘ design for the Batmobile is very much more in line with the sleek and slim look from the comics.
This version of Batman’s ride has its signature rotating exhaust pipes shooting out of the engine, and Bats will need some of those fireballs to put Mr Freeze on ice. (Sorry, we couldn’t resist!)
LEGO’s TAS Batmobile comes with minifigures of Batman, Harley Quinn and Mr. Freeze in the style of the cartoon show.
The LEGO Store has the Batmobile available for £54.99 (RRP), or for the reduced price of £42.95 from Argos.

Batman Construction Figure and the Bat-Pod Bike (LEGO 76273)
Credit: LEGO / Warner Bros
Batman doesn’t always jump in the Batmobile when he’s chasing down The Joker or The Scarecrow – the Bat-Bike (aka BatCycle) also comes in handy for street-level chases.
This LEGO version challenges Bat-fans to build the Bat-Bike from The Dark Knight, as well as with a scale model of Christian Bale’s incarnation of the superhero.
The LEGO Store offers the Bat-Bike for £64.99 (RRP), or you can save £15 by getting it on Very for £49.99.

Robert Pattinson’s hero calls his bike The Batcycle in 2022’s The Batman – the vehicle featured in a memorable chase scene with Zoë Kravitz’s Catwoman.
The Batcycle comes with interactive features including an articulating H4 engine, suspension and a chain, as well as a kickstand for display.
This LEGO set has now been retired, but you can still find it while stocks last at other retailers – Asda has it listed for online order, priced at £50.

In this Batwing plane from 1989’s Batman movie, the hooded hero can scour the rooftops of Gotham City and chase down any of The Joker’s goons who’ve gone airborne.
While the set is now retired from the LEGO Store, you can still find some via other retailers such as Amazon.

Batman Mech Armour (LEGO 76270)

When the League of Assassins and the Court of Owls join forces to wreak havoc in Gotham City, a Batcycle, Batmobile or Batwing might not be enough to stop them.
Batman has gone so far as to use his own Mech Suit in various comics and films, turning himself into a Hulkbuster without having to fight The Hulk. (Multiversal limitations and all!)
This LEGO version comes with a Batarang, stud launchers and a minifigure of the hero that all fit inside the Mech Suit.
The LEGO Store has the Mech Suit available for £12.99 (RRP), with Argos selling it for £13.

IQ The Joker Keychain (LEGO 5008091)
Who is the Dark Knight without his greatest enemy? The Clown Prince once said that The Joker and Batman seem destined to face each other forever. This year marks the 85th anniversary of Joker’s first comics appearance in Batman #1 — and there are no signs he’s running out of tricks for his adversary yet.
While the keychain is currently sold out on the official site, we’ve found it on Amazon for £14.98.
LEGO Superman keyring
Super Heroes: Superman Keychain (LEGO 853430)
Batman and Superman have a friendship dating back to the 1940s in DC Comics — maybe it’s because their mums are both called Martha?
Over the decades, the two superheroes have had their own shared World’s Finest comic. More recently, they met on the big screen in Zack Snyder’s cinematic universe. He might prefer Metropolis to Gotham City, but it’s always exciting to see Supes backing up the Bat.
The LEGO Superman keyring is officially retired, but Amazon still has stock for £9.82. (Heat-vision not included.)
